Our work on your behalf begins immediately after our initial consultation and contract signing. Our services include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
Equipment: Our staff will set up as early as possible on the day of the event to allow plenty of time to test equipment and perform sound checks for optimum placement. Tear down will occur as quickly as possible at the conclusion of the event.
Wedding Receptions: We will design playlists using your input combined with our extensive experience to ensure an enjoyable time for your guests. While pre-formatted lists provide a solid foundation, the ability to "change on the fly" is also very important. Your special day is all about you, not us. We are there to compliment and enhance the celebration while keeping the focus on you. And we will strive to help you avoid some common mistakes we have seen made repeatedly at receptions. We will discuss these with you and provide you with a suggested format concerning the order of ceremonial activities such as cake cutting, tosses, special dances, etc. If you are using a planner we will work closely with that individual as well as the photographer and others who are involved in the event. A wedding reception can be a large scale production with the balance of activities many times resting in the hands of the DJ. This is why it is important to hire a professional with extensive experience who is easy to work with.
Corporate Events & Private Parties: Planners know the importance of covering every possible detail well in advance of a scheduled event. We will work with you to help anticipate possible last minute complications and do what we can to make sure they do not happen. Our service includes assistance in the design of two formats key to the success of your event: one for the schedule of events within the function and the other for music playlists. The music format will be flexible and give us the ability to "go with the flow".
Other Services: From our state of the art studio we also perform voice overs for commercials, training videos, documentaries and just about everything else. Plus we do complete audio production. Recently we created 2MinuteTOUR, a company that produces both web videos and virtual tours from digital stills with pro narration, special effects and appropriate music added. These tours are designed to enhance and personalize any website.

Photo booth: These little gems were introduced in the 1920's and quickly rose in popularity. Then in the 1980's they seemed to almost disappear into oblivion. Today they are making a comeback in a big way. At some receptions they are combined with the guest book. One photo is placed in the book and each guest receives a duplicate to take home. Photo booths are also a hit at many corporate events and private parties.
Pro Photography & Videography: Partnering with top-notch photographers and videographers in the area will allow us to provide this service at considerably less than if you were to hire one of these professionals yourself. Optionally we will offer post production, add music and pro narration when appropriate.
Game Show Action: Game shows began in the early days of radio, then moved to TV and have been with us ever since. Thanks to modern technology and portability it is now possible to incorporate all types of game shows into your event. Great for team-building, training sessions, banquets and much more, TV style game shows are sure to add energy and excitement!
Complete Wedding & Event Planning: Keeping track of all the details relating to a special event can be quite frustrating and stressful. This is why outside professionals are often enlisted.
